Syarat :
HWK original kami bergaransi 6 bulan, jika HWK dipasang pada BOX UFS Anda / BOX UFS Yogyaphone dan pemasangan dilakukan di & oleh pihak Yogyaphone dihadapan pembeli. Pemasangan FREE / gratis.

Jika pemasangan dilakukan oleh pihak pembeli tanpa diawasi oleh pihak Yogyaphone (HWK original kami dikirim ke alamat pembeli dan dipasang oleh pembeli), maka HWK original tsb hanya kami garansi 1 pekan, hal ini disebabkan :
- Bentuk HWK yang tidak dilindungi oleh cassing apapun, sehingga memungkinan kontak langsung antara tangan pembeli dengan komponen HWK, yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan
- Kesalahan pemasangan oleh pembeli, disebabkan kealpaan/kelalaian sehingga menyebabkan pemasangan terbalik,
- Kesalahan oleh pembeli yang menyebabkan HWK original terjatuh, dikarenakan bentuknya yang kecil dan rawan terjatuh/terbentur.
- Tertukarnya HWK original milik kami dengan HWK clone milik pembeli (jika pembeli memiliki HWK clone), baik disengaja ataupun tidak disengaja oleh pihak pembeli,
- Terlepasnya komponen HWK original kami, disebabkan kelalaian pembeli dalam memegang/menggunakan HWK original kami
- serta faktor lainnya ....
